The Best and Worst of 2023 by Rating
Each variety was rated based on the ease of growing, how hardy they were to my garden, if they succumbed to any diseases (if yes, resulted in low rating), and how much we enjoyed this variety for eating & growing.
For reference, I left in starting, transplanting, and harvesting dates, as well as further comments as to why that rating was given, or remarks for the variety.
For further reference, my Last frost was May 18th (late), and the First frost was October 26th.
Any varieties with TBD, or dashes never made it to a significant point in growing, or they are still growing such as lettuce.
My record of when I planted each variety. Ohio zone 6A.
This document is shared for the purpose of showing when each variety was planted compared to harvested.
Not all of these were planted on time, and it reflects in harvests.
For reference, my last frost was May 18th and First frost date was October 26th.
